Rail Road to Rail Trail “Rail Road to Rail Trail,” a new 30-minute documentary featuring the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail, will be shown on Tuesday, Feb. 23, at 7 p.m. at the Harvey Wheeler Community Center, 1276 Main St., in West Concord.
