Betsy (Frances Elizabeth) Fowler passed away January 13, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Betsy was born in 1945. She lived her life in Acton until recently retiring to Bolton. Betsy received her RN from Newton Wellesley Hospital. She received her BS from Lesley University. Betsy was very proud to be a nurse. She enjoyed her work at Emerson Hospital, MassPro, Fenn School and Brandeis University.
Betsy was a member of the Acton Women’s Club, Concord Peacemakers, Wearables and multiple conservation efforts.
Betsy would like gifts in her memory made to Friends of the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail.
