DESCRIPTION:DON’T MISS THIS RAIL TRAIL CELEBRATION EVENT! The event will be held at Parkinson Field (north side of Hudson Road). Join us on Saturday May 20th at the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail Phase 2D “groundbreaking event” in Sudbury from 10am – 11:30am (rain or shine). MassDOT has scheduled this official ceremony for residents to celebrate the start of 5.1 miles of construction for this fantastic community facility. The event program will feature several speakers\, including Secretary of Transportation Gina Fiandaca; plus\, light refreshments will be served. See you there! PLEASE NOTE: there is an access driveway to the municipal field and parking area between 40 and 46 Hudson Road which is identified with white “Field Entrance” signs.\n \n\n\nAs said\, now the event will be held at Parkinson Field (40 Hudson Road and is marked entrance only). And\, access to the event site is behind the TI Sales building. From Hudson Road and inside the fence gate at TI Sales\, follow driveway access to Parkinson that runs along the left side of the building\, all the way back into the gravel parking lot. Entrance to the Field and event from the at the very end of the gravel Municipal parking area. Attendees should not use any other private residence or business driveways to park or to access the event. Absolutely no parking will be allowed along Hudson Road.
