MassDOT has scheduled a public informational meeting for the 75% design of the Phase 2C Bruce Freeman Rail Trail for Tuesday, November 17th, at the Harvey Wheeler Community Center, 1276 Main Street, in West Concord. An open house will take place beginning at 6:15 p.m. with the meeting slated to start at 7:00 p.m. The open house will give abutters to the trail an opportunity to review the proposed design of the trail next to their property and ask specific questions.
