Concord Town Meeting begins on Sunday, May 4, 2014
Article 39
Article 39 is on the Town Meeting warrant by petition. It calls for additional studies that would duplicate work already completed or planned in the normal course of project development. The Board of Selectmen, the Natural Resources Commission, and the BFRT Advisory Committee all recommend “no action,” which means NO.

Article 36 – CPA Funds for 2B Design
Article 36 includes $250,000 in funding for furthering the design of Phase 2B, which is primarily the bridge over Rte. 2.
