The BFRT Phase 2B Bridge the Gap committee will execute mailings, write up appeals, contacting the powers that be, social media campaigns, apply for grants, etc. So please either volunteer (RSVP your interest to me tmichelman@gmail.com, note we already have 11 volunteers, so you will not be alone if you volunteer, and meetings will have pizza) or donate to the BFRT Phase 2B Bridge the Gap Fundraising Campaign, or better yet do both.

Summer Solstice Ride on the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail - June 21, 2014

Please support the Rail Trail in Lowell Gervais VW purchased the BFRT ROW just north of Industrial Ave (and Crosspoint) from PanAm Railways.  Gervais wants to expand parking onto the ROW.  There may be a way for the BFRT to exist side-by-side with the additional parking on Gervais land or the abutter on the west side of the ROW, AVCARB.  Regardless in order to keep the ROW intact and the possibility of the BFRT connecting with the Concord River Greenway…
